We booked this tour on the recommendation of our son who took it last year. It was amazing. Tyler was our guide. He is so knowledgeable about the area and the plant life, and his passion for sharing info is awesome. He also has a funny sense of humor, and his one-liners were great! We highly recommend this tour company because they only take smaller groups, making your experience more personal.
Hayley took our family of six for an amazing tour of Kilauea. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for her work was actually heart warming. She was able to capture and hold the attention of our 16, 14 and twin 11 year olds. She brought umbrellas and rain jackets that came in handy for those who didn’t have them. I would absolutely track her down anytime we ever come back to the island. We’ve heard her husband Tyler is almost as good as she is on tour. Hayley..thank you for a great day and an unforgettable experience for our family.
My wife and I had a mind blowing adventure with our guide Tyler. He has a wealth of knowledge of the island, was funny, and taught us so much about Hawaiian culture, language, climates, volcanos, lava, and all the trees, plants, animals etc. They picked us up from our cruise ship port and went to so many places on the island. They provide rain gear and jackets if needed and some island snacks. They are worth their price for the knowledge at each place you go to and helpful taking pictures!
